The Peace Treaty signed by the Governments of Bolivia and Chile in 1904, guarantees the right of free commercial transit for Bolivian cargo trough the Pacific Ports (Antofagasta & Arica).
Therefore, all the cargo manifested under the Clause “Cargo proceeding from Bolivia in transit ” enjoys the privileges of free storage of 60 days
